Section 7 - Duties of the Vice President

By-Law 7.a

To assume the duties of the President of the MVDO in the absence of the President and in the event the President is unable to complete the term of his office for any reason.

By-Law 7.b

To act as an advocate of the general membership in the event that the consensus of the opinion of the general membership is opposition to that of the President.

By-Law 7.c

To act as the principle point of contact between the Board and the general membership.

By-Law 7.d

To preside over all protests necessitated by sanctioned league competition.

By-Law 7.e

To perform such lawful duties delegated to him or her by the President.
